Equipment designed for handling kneaders and mixers at two speeds

The 7010-M2 control is designed for handling kneaders and mixers at two speeds whilst configuring the operating time of each speed. This allows managing the rotation direction of the kneader container. The operation is designed to reduce the use of external timers to a minimum

General Characteristics

  • Time meter for each rotation speed.
  • LED display for the rotation speed in operation.
  • Handling of the container rotation direction.
  • Rotation start key with LED display.
  • Plastic box for panel mounting.
  • Cover position control with interruption in operation in the event of detecting an open cover.

  • Power supply 230 Vac +/- 20%. (50-60 Hz)
  • Electric consumption: 5VA.
  • Potential-free relay outputs with cut-off capacity 5A/230Vac in a resistive load.

Mechanical

  • Format 96x48. Panel cut-out 44x92 + 0.8 mm.
  • Depth 140 mm including the connection terminals.
  • Front protection IP54.
  • Rear protection IP20.
  • Operation between 0 and 60ºC and between 0 and 80% of RH.
  • Storage conditions between 10 and 60 ºC.
