Humidity and temperature controller for conditioning chambers

Designed to be used in product preparation chambers before baking. It is suitable to store merchandise in a chamber under controlled conditions of temperature and humidity.

General Characteristics

  • Operation in AUT mode (automatic) in those chambers in which the equipment controls humidity and temperature.
  • Operation in ANY mode (manual) for those chambers in which only temperature is controlled and steam, which is produced externally, is injected in a manual or timed manner.
  • The equipment stores the desired temperature and humidity, optionally the control of the humidity generator, and all the parameters related with the operation.
  • Permanent display of the temperature and humidity readings of the chamber.
  • LED indicator of the heating status.
  • LED indicator of the humidity status.
  • Control of the temperature and humidity of the chamber.
  • Control of the water level in the tank.
  • Control the rotation of the turbine.
  • Detection and notification of operation breakdowns.

  • Pt100 type temperature signal input.
  • Input of HR from the sensor provided by CONATEC.
  • Range of measurement between 20 and 95% de HR.
  • Input of the level of the tank by means of free electrodes.
  • One heating control output by a 1A/230VAC relay.
  • An output by 7A/230VAC relay to control the steam generator.
  • One steam injection valve control output by a 1A/230VAC relay.
  • An output by 1A/230VAC relay to control the water level in the steam generator.
  • An output by 3A/230VAC relay to control the turbine.
  • One oven lighting control output by means a 1A/230VAC relay.
  • An output by 1A/230VAC relay to control the breakdown alarm.
  • Operating temperature between 0 and 60ºC.
  • Relative humidity of operation between 0 and 80% without condensation.
