Process regulator fully configurable by keyboard designed for the control of tobacco driers which must adhere to a previously determined programme.

General Characteristics

  • Storage of up to 9 programmes with 19 steps.
  • Simultaneous control of the dryer temperature and RH.
  • ON/OFF control with hysteresis.
  • Permanent display of the temperature and RH variables.
  • LED display for the control output action and alarm.
  • Adjustable band alarm for the temperature loop.
  • Pt100 or 4/20 mA signal inputs depending on the models.
  • Adjustment of the measurement offset.
  • Auxiliary power supply for two-wire transmitters.

  • Two Pt100 inputs with three wires for reading the dry and humid temperature probes.
  • 0-10v output for operating the ventilation hatch.
  • Potential-free relay outputs with cut-off capacity 5A/230Vac in a resistive load.
  • Protection against sensor break.

  • Format 96x96. Panel cut-out 92x44 + 0.8 mm.
  • Depth 140 mm including the connection terminals.
  • Front protection IP54.
  • Rear protection IP20.
  • Operation between 0 and 60ºC and between 0 and 80% of RH.
  • Storage conditions between 10 and 60 ºC.
