Program regulator

Designed to be used in ovens which require processes with different temperature levels configurable for one or two areas in the panel mount version.

General Characteristics

  • Box or panel assembly depending on versions.

    - Box assembly with an output control for ovens with one area, high temperature security and a configurable alarm. Includes compact wiring connections between control and oven.
    - Panel assembly with an output control for ovens with one area, high temperature security and two configurable alarms.
    Panel assembly with two output controls for ovens with two areas, high temperature security and one configurable alarm.
  • Storage capacity for up to 16 programmes with 12 steps per program.
  • Permanent display by means of an LCD screen of all the program data.
  • Configurable to work in different languages.
  • Possibility to assign a name to each program.
  • PID regulation or ON/OFF with adjustable hysteresis.
  • Indication of broken thermocouple.
  • Indication of power failure.
  • Indication of inverted thermocouple.
  • Detection of open door.
  • Configurable for K and S thermocouples.
  • Communication via RS-485 in the panel versions.
  • Remote communication by internet by means of the CONATEC SW600 software.
