Humidity and temperature controller for conditioning chambers
Designed to be used in product preparation chambers before baking. it is suitable to store merchandise in a chamber under controlled conditions of temperature and humidity.
General Characteristics
Operation in AUT mode (automatic) in those chambers in which the equipment controls humidity and temperature.
Operation in ANY mode (manual) for those chambers in which only temperature is controlled and steam, which is produced externally, is injected in a manual or timed manner.
The equipment stores the desired temperature and humidity, optionally the control of the humidity generator, and all the parameters related with the operation.
Permanent display of the temperature and humidity readings of the chamber.
