Design of Electronic Equipment

Once we have finalised the design of the electronic equipment we are able to manufacture this equipment, thereby meaning that CONATEC can cover the entire cycle of design, assembly and testing.

Manufacture of Electronic Equipment

We have the capacity to manufacture electronic equipment. CONATEC is a renowned manufacturer of electronic equipment for different sectors. Our process includes manufacturing engineering, stockpiling of materials, assembly of electronics circuits, manufacture of units (assembly) and tests.

Temperature Sensors

In Conatec we manufacture all kinds of temperature sensors with Pt100, Pt1000 probes, thermocouple J, thermocouple K, thermocouple S, thermocouple R, thermocouple B, as well as other thermocouple types such as the thermocouples T, E and C.

During the construction process we use different exterior protection elements both in ceramic and metal depending on the function of the applications, as well as the connection types using standardised heads, types A, B, C, Atex with direct output to the cable. For the connection to the process fixed threads with different measurements, lead threads, flanges or special systems are used such as using bayonet, screw etc. We manufacture the thermocouple or the thermoprobe concentrating on the user's needs at all times.

The overlap within the same structure of the R&D&I Departments and Production facilitates the design and manufacture of a line of equipment which, based on a close working relationship, aim to satisfy and fulfil the technical requirements of the customers and market at whom our products are aimed.
