Equipment designed to be used in electrical deck ovens for bakeries and confectioners.
Allows for closed loop control of the temperature in the central area of the oven and open loop for the power applied to the three areas (ceiling, mouth and floor) which generate the heat of the oven, allowing for a dosage from 1 to 100%.
The operator selects power from 0 to 100% which will be applied to the heating elements of the oven and the control, in accordance with the model selected, will operate maintaining the proportions between the three areas to reach the desired temperature.
