Controller 910

The controller 910 is based on a microprocessor and built into various modules,designed especially to govern drying chambers or defrosting chambers.
This allows indefinite automatic operation.

General Characteristics

  • Drying control using the control of the RH and of the chamber temperature.
  • Conservation control chamber.
  • Use of the external air.
  • Defrosting control: (not available in dryers)
    - Normal
    - By probes
  • All the drying controls include temperature control during the process.
  • Visualisation using maximum and minimum setpoint displays, as well as RH values and chamber temperature.
    - Signalling of activations.
  • Breakdown module.

Electric

  • Power supply 230 Vac +/- 10%. 50 / 60 Hz. Consumption 12 VA.
  • Maximum load for outputs mA with 500 ohm.
  • Maximum consumption for outputs 0/2-10 v with 10 mA.
  • Potential-free relay outputs with cut-off capacity 5A/230Vac in a resistive load.
  • Protection against sensor break.

Mechanical

  • Assembly in a closed metal cabinet measuring 380 x 300 mm.
  • Depth 200 mm including the connection terminals.
  • Front protection IP 54.
  • Rear protection IP 54.
  • Operation between 0 and 60ºC and between 0 and 80% without saturation.
  • Storage conditions between 10 and 60 ºC.
