Allows for the operation with two different programs with two instructions each. The measurement of temperature can be done with a probe placed in the chamber or with two probes, one placed in the chamber and the other inside the product. this way a cooling temperature or quick freezing can be chosen and after a preset time or when the interior temperature of the product reaches a set value, it can pass to a maintenance temperature.
