S100 - S110

Reguladores PID S100Safety Module

CONATEC supplies the S100 and S110 modules adjusted to an alarm temperature value for a specific couple and according to the nameplate on the front of the device. 

The relay can only be reset if the alarm status disappears and the pushbutton on terminal 9 and 10 for resetting is pressed.

When the module has no power, or an alarm is triggered, the relay will have an alarm status.

General Characteristics

  • ON/OFF control with fixed hysteresis depending on models.
  • Valid for different thermocouples, factory set.

Electric

  • Power supply 230 Vac +/- 10%. Consumption 3 VA.
  • Potential-free relay outputs with cut-off capacity 5A/230Vac in a resistive load.
  • Protection against sensor break.

Mechanical

  • DIN rail.
  • Depth 60 mm including the connection terminals.
  • IP54 protection.
  • Operation between 0 and 60ºC and between 0 and 80% of RH.
  • Storage conditions between 10 and 60 ºC.
